Immigration practices work with detailed personal histories, supporting records and time-sensitive correspondence. We support written communication between the firm and its clients, while making a clear distinction between professional language work and documents requiring certified or official translation.
English, French and Arabic, in every direction →Letters, explanations and document requests translated so clients can understand what the firm needs from them.
Website copy, onboarding packs and descriptions of the firm’s process, based on counsel-approved wording.
Non-certified translations for internal understanding or client communication, where that use is appropriate to the assignment.
Before sharing a file, identify whether it is for internal review, a client or a receiving authority. Idiomly does not currently offer certified, sworn or official translation. If those are required, obtain the appropriate service before relying on a document for submission.
Provide approved spellings, name order and any established transliterations. We flag inconsistent dates, unclear scans and missing text rather than make assumptions about a person’s history. Counsel retains responsibility for the file’s legal interpretation.
