Accessibility & Feedback
This page explains how to request help if a website feature or document format creates a barrier, and how to share feedback with Idiomly.
An alternative way to contact us
If you cannot use a form or another website feature, email translations@idiomly.ca. Describe what you need and your preferred way of receiving the information. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical history to explain an access need.
Reporting a website barrier
Include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, and what prevented you from completing it. If useful, tell us which browser, device or assistive technology you were using. These details help identify the problem; provide only what you are comfortable sharing.
Document formats and project requirements
Tell us before work begins if you need editable text, a particular document format, captions or another accessibility feature. Translation, document layout, technical accessibility remediation and accessibility testing are different tasks. Availability, responsibilities and any additional work need to be agreed in the project brief.
Scope and follow-up
Email us with any additional details or changes to your request. This page provides a route for assistance and feedback; it is not a claim of independent accessibility certification or full compliance with a particular standard. External websites and third-party players have their own accessibility features and support channels.
