Website Terms of Use
These terms explain the purpose of the Idiomly website and the distinction between browsing, making an enquiry, and commissioning work.
Information on this website
The website presents Idiomly’s language services and general guidance about translation projects. Information may be updated as services evolve. Articles are informational and do not replace legal, medical, immigration, financial, or other professional advice for a particular situation.
Enquiries and project agreements
Sending a form or email does not confirm an order, availability, price, or delivery date. The scope, languages, audience, deliverables, price, and timeline must be agreed before work starts. Payment, cancellation, revision, and usage arrangements belong in the project agreement.
Tell us about formatting, accessibility, confidentiality, and receiving-organization requirements when requesting a quote. Changes to the source text, scope, or deadline may require a revised agreement.
Professional and certified translation
Idiomly currently provides professional translation, but does not offer certified, sworn, or official translation. A professionally translated document is not automatically accepted for every administrative or legal purpose. Confirm the receiving organization’s requirements before ordering.
Your materials and use of the site
You are responsible for having permission to share source materials and request their translation or adaptation. Do not send unlawful material, malicious files, or information you are not entitled to disclose. Do not misuse forms, impersonate another person, or attempt to disrupt the website.
Third-party names, trademarks, photographs, and other materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Availability on this website does not grant permission to reuse them. Rights in commissioned deliverables should be addressed in the project agreement.
External services and questions
External links and embedded media may be operated by third parties under their own terms. Their inclusion does not make Idiomly responsible for their policies or guarantee the continued availability of their content.
